Richard Maclin has over 20 years of continuous improvement experience. He has served various industries in roles specializing in Quality Assurance, Supplier Development, Outsourcing, Lean, Kaizen, Product Realization, and Operations. Throughout his career he has helped companies grow their bottom line by identifying and eliminating variation and other non-value added activity. His success is the result of strategic process improvement techniques like VA/NVA, VSM, Lean Six Sigma, 5S and Kaizen.
Brian’s career began with a 6 year visit to central Florida. There he served as Project Engineer for Sims Machine & Controls (SMC) where he designed and built custom automation machinery for product assembly and testing. SMC was an industry leader in designing process monitoring, process control, and data collection into custom production machines. Customers included Borg Warner, Robertshaw, Breed Automotive, Prestolite Wire, Merck, many others. His work ethic, leadership skills, and positive attitude were key in his timely promotion to Engineering Manager.
Brooks Davis brings a service based mission to help companies take the “next step” in their continuous improvement journey. Brooks has taught Lean Six Sigma principles at Harding University as an adjunct professor and has participated in quality management programs in three different banking groups, including Arvest, First Commercial, and Simmons First banks.
Corey Rathburn is a seasoned process improvement and operations excellence professional with over 10 years of experience driving effective and positive change in various industries spanning from Healthcare to Consumer Goods. Corey is dedicated to cultivating positive environments that hinge upon a culture of accountability and results. His unique skill-set is conducive to step-change improvements in both performance and culture.
Since 2006, Brandon has been a Professor of Operations Management at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville teaching courses in the Industrial Engineering department such as Lean Production and Leadership Principles and Practices for the Master of Science in Operations Management degree program. Brandon is a Vice President of Membership for the SE Region of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence. He is also a Certified John Maxwell Coach, Teacher, and Speaker.
Chad Smith applies continuous improvement methodologies to help organizations leverage their scarce human and material resources through breakthrough improvements. Chad has 18 years of Continuous Improvement experience in retail, manufacturing, refining, high-tech and food. He has led and guided process and product improvements for Wal-Mart, Gates, ExxonMobil and Black and Decker. Chad’s leadership experience includes quality management for Black and Decker utilizing Continuous Improvement tools as the enabler for breakthrough improvements. This experience is underpinned with an in-depth application of strategy deployment and metrics to drive and measure progress.
